About the Job

We need you to fill the role of a Welcome Desk Representative on the Dell JCC Member Services team. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting members with a smile as you check them into the facility and answering basic questions about programs and services.
• Answering member questions via phone and email.
• Working alongside a motivated team that wants to see you succeed and grow.
• Helping members maximize their time at the Dell JCC.
• Engaging and interacting with hundreds of different individuals daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pass all required criminal history background checks
• At least one year of work experience or equivalent
• Adhere to our Mission, Core Values, and all HR policies and procedures.
• Available Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 7:30pm
