Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing website projects, with a strong background in HubSpot, SEO, and project management. This role requires a diligent executor who can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage website projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- HubSpot Expertise: Utilize HubSpot for website management, including content creation, landing pages, and marketing automation. Ensure seamless integration with other marketing tools and platforms.
- SEO Optimization: Support implementation and oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Collaborate with external SEO agency and monitor SEO performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and content, to ensure project alignment with business goals. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure websites are functional, user-friendly, and meet design specifications. Address any issues or bugs promptly.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics, user behavior, and project outcomes. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in HubSpot, including website management and landing page creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HubSpot, SEO, or Project Management
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
