Thomas, a Xometry Company is looking to hire a versatile and creative Website Project Manager to join us! In this fast-paced position, you will work closely with a cross-departmental team of individuals to produce high-end custom websites for our clients in the manufacturing industry. What you’ll do as our Website Project Manager:● Lead website production projects for industrial clients from inception to launch● As Website Project Manager, work directly with customers to finalize content, design, and edits● Clearly communicate roles during the production process to customer and internal team● Partner with content creation, design, development, SEO, and QC teams at different phases of the project to deliver the highest quality finished product● Make edits to websites inside CMS systems such as WordPress and HubSpot COS● Maintain and enforce the project scope and timeline•. Demonstrated excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills. What you bring to Thomas:● An obsession with organization and attention-to-detail● At least 2+ experience in website project management for B2B businesses● Experience working with clients: You’ll need to have the ability to maintain command of project timelines and possess the ability to take constructive feedback● Knowledge of best practices in digital and new media marketing, proficiency in SEO and web content development required● UX and/or basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, Javascript) is a plus● Ability to manage multiple tasks for high profile clients in diverse industry fields● Ability to collaborate and communicate with various teams and delegate tasks to them accordingly•. Ability to work independently● Knowledge of HubSpot, the manufacturing industry, and PMP certification a strong plus● Design related background and/or eCommerce experience a plus•. PMP certification a strong plus What you’ll get as our Website Project Manager:● A chance to be part of a growing team that is passionate about helping our customers● Great training as we believe strongly in the importance of continued learning● Full benefits including generous time off Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business marketing, website design, development, graphic design, or a related field; Master's degree in business or communication field preferred• Two+ years of experience in the management, design, creation, and implementation of professional websites. • Demonstrated excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.• Ability to effectively manage large, complex projects; to communicate technical information both verbally and in writing with non-technical audiences; and to carry out strategic planning activities.• Expert knowledge of website development process – from idea concept through implementation• Knowledge of various Web Content Management Systems. WordPress knowledge and experience preferred.• Strong technical knowledge and understanding in the following technologies: HTML, JavaScript (including jQuery), PHP, CSS, MySQL, and web design specifications.• Strong graphic creation/editing skills using Adobe Photoshop and related software tools• Strong knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform issues and design constraints of the Web.• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment• Ability to exercise critical human relations skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with clients, sales team, and TMS team.
