This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5 Newtown, AU
Scope:
Redesign and develop a complete WordPress website within an 8-week timeframe
Implement necessary plugins and features to support marketing and SEO efforts
Provide ongoing maintenance and updates as needed
Potential for both full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) engagement
Responsibilities:
Redesign and develop a WordPress website that appeals to small and medium business owners
Collaborate with SEO specialists and copywriters to create a cohesive and optimized website
Ensure the website is search engine friendly and adheres to best SEO practices
Implement responsive design principles for optimal viewing across various devices
Manage the website development project within a specified timeframe
Requirements:
Proven experience in WordPress development, particularly for professional service firms
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in website design
Familiarity with current web design trends and best practices
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding client needs
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
