Web Production Intern

We are seeking a Web Production Intern to support our marketing communications team with key digital content initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in web content updates, digital asset organization, and routine content entry tasks. The intern will assist with web publishing, metadata tagging, and document organization while gaining valuable insights into UX best practices, content strategy, and website optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Web Content & CMS Support.
• Assist with routine CMS updates for product pages, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
• Support the creation of blog landing pages and pressroom articles.
• Perform transitional content entry tasks, ensuring seamless updates across platforms.
• Digital Asset Support
• Assist in annual product culling updates, ensuring obsolete assets are removed.
• Tag and add metadata to digital assets to improve searchability and categorization.
• Work with internal and external partners to update existing document databases and maintain version control.
• Ensure that uploaded web content aligns with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.
• Assist with basic design tasks such as cropping, resizing, or formatting images for digital use.
• Support the QA process for web pages, testing for functionality, accuracy, and user experience improvements.

What You Need to Succeed:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and content accuracy.
• Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and digital production techniques.
