Web Manager (Remote)

Unravel is looking for a Web Manager who will be responsible to help the marketing team tell our DataOps Observability story on UnravelData.com. This role includes project management, operations and analytics responsibilities. You’ll work closely with web developers and demand gen to understand how prospects navigate the Unravel Data website. You’ll collaborate with corporate marketing, UI/UX, product marketing and content marketing to give shape to the design and story.

About the Role

• You will own the website roadmap, ensuring projects are prioritized in a way that achieves OKRs
• You will help drive website projects forward, working closely with the Unravel Marketing team
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, UI/UX Design, Product, and Web Dev to optimize visitor engagement and improve conversion rates
• Project manage and lead Unravel’s website optimization strategy and oversee the process from start to finish; managing everything from web management and operations to execution, through to analysis and reporting
• Establish website KPI’s and develop reporting using Google Analytics
• Use web analytics and conversion rate optimization tools to provide data-driven recommendations that will improve website performance and demand generation programs

About You

• 5+ years experience optimizing a website for B2B and/or B2C SaaS companies, with a proven track record of driving conversions through CRO
• Working knowledge of website standards and best practices
• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Wordpress, HotJar, Asana experience is preferred
• An understanding of various methods for visualizing analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed
• Project management (Scrum certified desired) and decision-making skills, a must. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
• Website architecture, UX design experience, web dev experience, nice to have. HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic, team-oriented and collaborative environment. B.A or B.S. degree required
