Water Mitigation Lead Tech

Description

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow procedures to ensure safety of the entire team
• Create estimates/ scope of work
• Allocate field resources based on skills and availability 
• Ensure proper technician coverage to perform emergency tasks, when sufficient coverage is not available, perform those emergency tasks as needed. 
• Purchase supplies, tools, and work materials
• Provide accounting with documentation of all purchases 
• Deliver/arrange delivery of supplies, tools, and work materials
• Train and re-train field personnel 
• Perform daily supervision of field staff
• Communication with the Operations Manager 
• Assist Operations Manager with both hirding and terminating assigned technicians
• Document and counsel employees on both performance and behavioral violations 
• Become proficient with our technology platforms (apps, software, etc.) 
• Authorized driver of company vehicles with GPS tracking 
• Perform field duties required per job assignment 
• Other duties and tasks as needed

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferable or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

• Perform and interpret basic computer commands

• Ability to demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while providing updates and recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Clean Background (All candidates will be required to pass a background, drug screen, and MVR check)
• Clean Driving Record (Required)
• WRT Certified (Required)
• ASD Certified (Required)
• 3 + Years of work experience (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• AMRT Certified
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• MICA Experience
• 5+ Years of work experience
