Warranty Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roof
• Excellent technical abilities
• Valley repair
• Ridge repair
• Chimney flashing
• Fascia repair
• Pipe flashings
• Siding
• Minor carpentry work
• On roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position)

Requirements:

• Must have clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided)
• Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers
• Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
• Be able to work early mornings and late evenings
• Must have residential roofing experience

Preferred Skills:

• Construction background
• EPDM, TPC, other Flat Roof
• Metal work

Schedule

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday, some weekends
