Cargill Food Distribution has an opportunity available for a Warehouse worker. General warehouse position responsible for picking orders, verifying counts, shipping and receiving of product, and general housekeeping/office duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $19.50 plus $0.50 as shift differential
Shift Available: Rotating. Sunday 7am to 4pm / Monday to Thursday 3pm to 12pm

Principal Accountabilities:
-
Operate Standup Forklift and Electric Pallet Jacks
-
Pick product/Order filling
-
Scan Inventory/Rotation, Cycle counting
-
General Warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
-
Billing and filing
Requirements:
-
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 80lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment

Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)

Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays with advance notice
Preferred:
-
Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

Forklift experience
-
Basic use of a computer
-
Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
-
Working knowledge of inventory systems

At least 1 year experience in production related work

High School diploma or Equivalent
