Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin)

Position - Inventory Sorting Supervisor 

Locations: Los Angeles, CA

Salary range: $65k-75k/year

Full time 

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin -  "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Lead and supervise a team of sorting center employees, including sorters, material handlers, and support staff.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sorting center, including the sorting, scanning, and dispatching of packages and mail.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that sorting processes meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
