WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our Preston/Kent Operations team makes ideas a reality. They work hard to ensure our refreshing, flavorful beverages are bottled safely and on time.

In this role will be responsible for ensuring all company policies, procedures, and expectations are followed to manage full goods, materials, and personnel at the Preston location. This is a great opportunity for a capable and driven individual to play a key role maintaining a fantastic warehouse culture and driving a best-in-class warehouse system.

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Northwest Operations

Direct Reports: Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Coordinator, Preston Inventory Clerk, Delivery & Waste Water Truck Drivers.

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA facilities 5 days a week

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate materials flow and production support.

  • Oversee inventory accuracy through daily counts, variance management, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.

  • Support production schedules and minimize downtime by ensuring materials and finished goods are available and organized.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health, safety, hygiene, and security standards (SQF, FDA, OSHA).

  • Maintain warehouse organization, space utilization, equipment readiness, and order fulfillment accuracy.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

  • Coach, develop, and cross-train team members to ensure coverage, career growth, and high performance.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive culture focused on continuous improvement.

  • Manage consumables, dunnage, and disposal processes, ensuring NCRs are resolved efficiently.

  • Communicate expectations, metrics, and updates clearly across departments and teams.

  • Provide vacation/sick coverage as needed at Preston and occasionally Kent DC.

  • Drive customer satisfaction through timely dispatch, quality control, and compliance with shipping regulations.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

​ WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of Warehouse experience, ideally in manufacturing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience.

  • Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases, NAV experience a plus.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Power-user in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

  • Great with PowerPoint, building professional, on-brand presentations.

  • Ability to accommodate overtime, occasionally working other shifts and weekends.

  • Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively, as well as to push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly.
