Warehouse Shipping AssociateAbout your role:
At Fiserv, we produce payment cards and related services for clients across the financial services ecosystem. The Shipping Associate will support our card production site with secure and non-secure shipping operations, including receiving, secure counting and sealing, packing, and carrier scheduling. This role helps ensure accurate, timely, and compliant movement of finished product to carriers.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, package, seal, and stage secure and non-secure shipments according to chain-of-custody and security protocols.
- Receive incoming materials, verify packing slips, perform quantity and quality checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process packing slips, print and apply shipping labels, and update shipment records in the site system or WMS/ERP.
- Schedule secure and non-secure carrier pickups and coordinate truck arrivals with logistics and security teams.
- Perform secure and non-secure counting, sealing, and documentation for card shipments; maintain accurate logs and reconciliation records.
- Operate shrink-wrap, label printers, and perform boxing/palletizing to carrier and site specifications.
- Serve as a computer-capable backup for shipping lead tasks including scheduling, label processing, and shipment documentation.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving operations including packing, staging, and carrier handoffs.
- 1+ years of experience operating packaging equipment such as shrink-wrap machines, pallet jacks, and label printers.
- 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Prior experience performing secure counts and reconciliations for card production, pharmaceuticals, or other controlled goods.
- Demonstrated accuracy in arithmetic and inventory reconciliations for shipment verification.
- Experience cross-training or serving as backup for shipping scheduling, carrier coordination, and shipment documentation.
- Familiarity with carrier scheduling platforms or desktop shipping tools (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reconciliations (formulas, filters).
How you’ll work:
- You will work an assigned schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, with some flexibility before and after as needed. <
