Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry-leading saltwater fishing boat manufacturer looking for a dependable, hardworking Parts Puller to join our warehouse team.

As a Parts Puller, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines moving by ensuring our boat builders have the right parts, in the right quantities, at the right time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pull and deliver parts, materials, supplies, and production kits from the warehouse to designated production areas.

• Ensure production receives required parts accurately and on schedule.

• Use the warehouse management system to pull kits and verify parts.

• Pick parts accurately according to production requirements, work orders, and established procedures.

• Keep production areas stocked with the materials needed to maintain production schedules.

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory information to help prevent shortages and picking errors.

• Assist with inventory organization and maintaining accurate warehouse locations.

• Communicate with warehouse and production personnel regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

• Help identify inventory discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse and parts-pulling area.

• Properly handle and stage materials to prevent damage.

• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and housekeeping standards.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping, organization, and maintenance duties.

• Maintain a steady pace to support production schedules and deadlines.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, material handling, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to frequently add and subtract numbers to verify parts and inventory quantities.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the workday.

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to read and understand written instructions, warehouse documents, part information, and production paperwork in English.

• Ability to use a computer, tablet, or warehouse management system is a plus.

• Forklift experience is a requirement.

• Must be dependable and able to maintain the pace necessary to support boat production.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active warehouse position. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

• Ability to move parts, containers, and materials throughout the warehouse and production facility.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.

• Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions, including heat, humidity, cold, and other conditions common to an open warehouse environment.

• Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
