* Inbound Shift:From £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

* Night Shift:From £13.18 per hour (PAYE)

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client based in Gatwick (RH10). We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team with immediate starts available.

Available Shifts

* Twilight Shift: 12:00pm start

* Inbound Shift: Afternoon/Evening start (shift times confirmed at induction)

* Night Shift: 11:00pm start

Shift lengths are typically 8–10 hours, however all shifts are until finish, so flexibility is essential.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Sorting and organising parcels quickly and accurately.

* Scanning parcels using handheld scanners.

* Loading and unloading trailers and delivery vehicles.

* Moving parcels throughout the warehouse to the correct locations.

* Ensuring parcels are labelled and prepared for dispatch.

* Identifying damaged parcels and reporting them in line with company procedures.

* Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

* Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
