Warehouse Operative

The Best Connection are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our well established client based in Crawley/Gatwick.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment within logistics distribution and supply chain industry, with full training provided and opportunities for long-term employment and progression.

Due to the site's location, you will need to drive.

Location: Crawley / Gatwick Area

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 5 out of 7 days, 6:30am - 3:30pm

Contract: Full-Time | 12 week Temp-Perm

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:

Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
Helping load and unload stock from vehicles.
Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures.
Supporting the team to ensure production deadlines are met.

Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the site location.
Valid passport.
