Iron Mountain is seeking a hard-working and reliable worker to work a Fulfillment Specialist. 
This position requires working quickly and safely to handle customer material in our warehouse.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities to Achieve Job Duties and Expectations:

Responsibilities:

●Process Inventory Fulfillment, Inquiry Fulfillment, Custom Kit Assembly, and/or receipts of inventory in compliance with all Iron Mountain procedures and standards. 
●Capable of working in one or more departments.
●Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all duties
●Clearly and accurately recording information on documents and in software applications
●Regularly lifting and carrying items that weigh up to 50 lbs. Regularly reaching for items that weigh up to 50 lbs and lifting them to and from shoulder height
●Operating and completing certification for forklift, order picker, turret truck, and other lift
equipment
●Operating small machines including pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, etc
●Using tools including box cutters, tape guns and dispensers, staplers, etc
●Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs
●Stuffing and sealing envelopes, building boxes, collating material, inserting material, and
preparing material for shipment
●Processing incoming material for receipt into inventory
●Input data into Iron Mountain applications
●Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualification:

●High School Diploma or GED required
●PIT Experience including Turret Truck, Forklift and Reach Truck
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team
●Must be certified to work in one or more departments
●Reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions in English is a preferred requirement
