This particular role is responsible for …

• Preparing and verifying shipping manifests for all outgoing orders
• Sorting pick tickets/orders by date to ensure accurate processing
• Reading and recognizing shipping codes to route orders correctly
• Maintaining on-time delivery (OTD) performance above 98%
• Handling invoicing for orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Writing, answering, and replying to emails with professionalism
• Accurately entering data and maintaining records in Word and Excel
• Coordinating with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) for pickups and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and external requirements

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

• Warehouse Adj. OTD of ≥ 99%
• CAPA: 20% reduction from previous year
• Maintain or reduce avg time per minute order fulfillment (16.00)
• Maintain lean principles that lead to continued productivity increases

 

Expectations or Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a team-oriented environment and support cross-functional tasks
• Knowledge of shipping codes and carrier processes preferred
