Job Summary

Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Notre Dame University, South Bend, Indiana

 

Job Description:
Take the lead in driving seamless inventory and logistics operations. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse functions, ensuring efficient product flow, accurate inventory management, and operational readiness for events. This role will partner closely with purchasing and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels while upholding Levy standards.

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse or supply chain management experience
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Experience with inventory tracking, ordering, and reporting systems
• OSHA or safety certification preferred

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee monthly inventory counts
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure proper product availability
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and organizational standards
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Track and report inventory discrepancies and operational issues
