We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations.  Position Overview The Logistics Manager for Delivery and Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in overseeing the logistical aspects of the organization's operations. This includes spearheading various operational activities; leading cross-functional teams, transportation of fleet and equipment, managing of site set up and decommission, ensuring operational excellence, and managing a team of logistics professionals. The primary focus is on ensuring safety, optimizing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and driving success in the mission of research and delivery. 

What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but are not limited to):

  • Warehouse Operations Leadership: 
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, labeling, receiving, and order processing. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory and shipping data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). 
  • Maintain high operational standards in alignment with regulatory and internal compliance frameworks. 
  • Equipment Readiness & Distribution: 
  • Oversee incoming/outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of goods received (specs, size, quantity), and ensure proper labeling, dating, and stocking. 
  • Coordinate equipment staging and transportation to ensure readiness for clinical trial events and deployments. 
  • Support logistics for mobile infrastructure assets and time-sensitive trial preparation. 
  • Team Management & Development: 
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members across functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory. 
  • Promote a safe, collaborative, and high-performance warehouse culture. 
  • Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: 
  • Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times. 
  • Drive adoption of warehouse best practices and participate in cross-functional improvement projects. 
  • Ensure audit readiness and maintain documentation for all warehouse-related activities.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Ensure warehouse is event-ready for clinical deployments with flexible scheduling (including nights/weekends). 
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for equipment sourcing and distribution alignment.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role requires the ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment and operate various types of equipment. Must be able to lift 40+ pounds regularly and be mobile throughout a facility. Computer use and system data entry are also frequent.

Travel Requirements:

  • This is a Site-based role with onsite warehouse responsibilities and travel requirements up to 10% for events or facility coordination.

What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • 3+ years of warehouse operations and supply chain/logistics experience, preferably in clinical or regulated industries. 
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity with demonstrated team leadership. 
  • Strong operational decision-making and crisis management capabilities in time-sensitive environments. 
  • Deep familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems such as NetSuite or equivalent WMS tools. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping systems, and warehouse equipment. 
  • Ability to lead with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and foster a positive workplace culture. 
  • Six Sigma or other lean/process improvement certifications preferred

Certifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or related field required (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu). 
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, or other ERP systems preferred. 
  • Experience supporting mobile
