Warehouse Lead (Crew A)

Summary

The Warehouse Lead supervises warehouse employees on an assigned shift, maintains an orderly and efficient warehouse atmosphere while verifying all warehouse projects are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily tasks and assignments of forklift operators
• Supervises the product placement in the warehouse, shipping orders, receiving orders and all required paperwork
• Serves as liaison between the forklift operators and Warehouse Manager and Supervisor
• Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations as related to the warehouse and inventory
• Trains and coaches forklift operators on all warehouse policies and procedures including working safely
• Performs other duties as assigned

Typical Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Relevant Experience

1+ years related experience and/or training

Other Information

• Preferred one year plus related experience in warehousing
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
