Job Description for Order Pickers

• Accurately pick and label merchandise from primary pick locations.   
• Accurately identify units of measure.
• Identify correct merchandise and account for damaged merchandise.
• Prepare orders for transport to customers.
• Lift and handle totes approximately weighing 50lbs onto a conveyor system leading to shipping areas
• Take direction from Supervisor for additional assignments or schedule changes
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Commitment to high standards of safety and compliance to all safety policies and practices. 
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Good comprehension skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
• Attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills in maintaining accurate records
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines
• Must be a team player with a can do attitude 
• Experience operating power equipment a plus
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to meet all physical assessment requirements for the position

Job Description for Stockers

• Stocking merchandise by forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Operate handheld scanning to identify, sort, and label received product.
• Communicates any overages, shortages, and or damagers to Supervisor.
• Scan merchandise and stock in correct location.
• Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to take direction from Supervisor
• Perform others tasks and duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop

Job Description for Receivers

• Receiving merchandise by forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Good math skills
• Operate handheld scanning to identify, sort, and label received product.
• Communicates any overages, shortages, and or damagers to Supervisor.
• Deliver scanned merchandise to appropriate staging areas throughout the warehouse.
• Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to take direction from Supervisor
• Perform others tasks and duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop

Job Description for Shippers

• Support distribution center operations by efficiently sorting, scanning, staging and wrapping merchandise.
• Ensure the product is loaded and checked in the proper delivery sequences so the customer receives the correct products at the right time. Sort cargo before loading and unloading by hand.
• Attach identifying information to pallets to ensure driver's ease of delivery and good customer experience
• Read and follow truck loading forecasts summaries
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records to verify accuracy
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials
• Meet quality and production standards by ensuring customer receives the right product, in the right quantity and in the best condition
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
• Communicate truck route changes with other departments as necessary
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Lift and handle totes approximately weighing 50lbs TEAM LIFT OVER 50LBS
• Take direction from the Supervisor for additional assignments or schedule changes
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop
