URM Stores is currently looking for motivated Order Management Coordinator to join our amazing team! Our Order Management Coordinator will work closely with the Logistics and Customer Service team to support all our customers and Member-Owners. Tracks data regarding shipments and comfortably handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

As an Order Management Coordinator, you will build and maintain business relationships, provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external customers, participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to bring solutions to Customer needs, as well as work to ensure flawless execution and Supply Chain metrics are met.

What to expect day to day:

• Create a positive experience for the Customers by consistently providing superior service and exceeding expectations.
• Accountable for the day-to-day execution of customer orders, as well as ensuring that the customer receives an accurate invoice.
• Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments in applicable systems to ensure real time data processing.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer relationships while reducing cost.
• Provide analysis to take advantage of promotion, distribution, pricing and process opportunities.
• Manage critical metrics to include response time to customer, case fill and on-time delivery.
• Manage network applications to support the Customers/Members, Transportation and Warehouse Departments.
• Process orders from customers, sales representatives, purchasing department and merchandisers.
• Process credits requests from customers within the Credit Policy.
• Maintain system data ensuring the order systems work as expected.
• Manage multiple Xdock Programs both manual and electronic.

Ideal candidate has the following:

• Customer service-oriented and energized by helping others succeed. Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Strong logistics ordering system knowledge preferred.
• Detail oriented with an eye for analytics
• Logistics, Transportation, Operations, Warehousing experience a plus
• Ability to navigate computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Proficient knowledge of the organization, products, and services.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
• Want to have fun, while providing the service and support our customers need!
