Job Description: Are you looking for a flexible work schedule? Do you want to make the most of your free time, get some exercise, and earn extra cash? Rockler is seeking flexible part-time and full-time seasonal warehouse associates to join our team in our climate-controlled warehouse!

Schedule:

• Days: Sunday - Friday
• Flexible Start Times: 6AM - 9AM
• Flexible End Times: 2PM - 4PM
• Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
• Seasonal - Mid to late October thru end of January with a potential to get hired on permanently

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour (depending on days worked)

Key Responsibilities:

For All Warehouse Associates:

• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Stock bins
• Package items
• Process customer returns
• Receive and process inbound orders from vendors
• Demonstrate safe work practices and adhere to warehouse safety protocols
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
• Use headsets to retrieve verbal orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform other assigned duties
• Regular attendance is crucial

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Forklift, stock picker, and pallet jack experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a supportive, friendly environment
