Description

Shift:  7:30am - 4pm

What You’ll Do

• Execute seamless inventory processes—receiving, scanning, picking, packing, and shipping—with precision to exceed quality and efficiency standards.
• Leverage tools like DISTRU to optimize inventory tracking, streamline workflows, and propose creative solutions to boost operational performance.
• Operate forklifts, pallet wrappers, and emerging tech with agility, adapting to new systems to drive logistics breakthroughs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and innovative workspace, championing ideas to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Conduct FIFO inventory checks and prepare materials for production runs, ensuring zero downtime and maximum accountability.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; forklift certification or 1+ year of warehouse experience.

Physical Stuff

• Strong manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive tasks like pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse with frequent interruptions, loud noises, and dynamic conditions.
• Capability to bend, reach, twist, and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfort operating equipment like forklifts and pallet wrappers with precision and care.
