Job Overview

We’re hiring multiple full-time Equipment Operators to join our growing logistics team in Allentown, PA. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate and efficient product distribution within our healthcare network — supporting hospitals, clinics, and patients across the country.

Payrate: $20/hour (plus 8% shift differential)

Shifts Available:

Monday - Friday: 3PM -1130PM + overtime

Monday - Friday: 11AM -730PM

Monday - Friday: 12PM - 830PM

Sunday - Thursday: 9AM - 530PM

What You’ll Do:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Material Handling Equipment (MUST HAVE to be considered)

• Operate material handling equipment, including cherry picker, reach truck, double reach, stand-up forklift, and motorized pallet jack

Receiving

• Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually using the pallet jack.

• Accurately counts, verifies, and receives product using radio frequency (RF) equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology, documents variances.

LUM Picking

• Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.

• Removes empty cartons from pick module as needed.

Sortation

• Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product.

• Moves cartons and totes from conveyor belts and/or rollers and places on pallets and/or carts according to ass
