POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate - Sorter is responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a timely, efficient, safe and accurate manner. This includes production line work making/forming displays, filling product for project displays, or picking product, packing for shipment and shipping finished goods materials.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION

• Physically moving product as requested around the warehouse for customer’s orders or projects
•  Quality Control checks to ensure order accuracy
• Handling of material and product for customer orders or projects
• Verbal and written communication in English with Operations Warehouse Personnel and Management
• Regular and predictable attendance

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of warehouse experience

REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)

• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs (equipment or team lift required if beyond 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail for verifying order details when picking/packing customer orders
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Ability to multi-task
• Team oriented
