Job Title: Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer
Job Location: Erbil Air Base, Iraq

Position Overview

C3EL is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer to join our team on-site at Erbil Air Base, Iraq.
This role requires a motivated individual who will be responsible for operating and maintaining telecommunication systems supporting video and audio transmissions.

Minimum Requirements:
* Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance is required.
* Detailed knowledge of H.323, H.320, H.264, G.711, G.722, G.728, H.261, H.263, and H.264.
* Detailed knowledge of Tandberg and Polycom VTC coder-decoder (CODEC) and equipment.
* Detailed knowledge of Tandberg and Polycom Multi-point capabilities.
* Detailed knowledge of A/V concepts.
* Knowledge and familiarity of DISA/DVSG and site licensing.
* Knowledge and familiarity of encryption devices (KIV-7, KG devices, TACLANE devices, etc.)

Desired Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of networks and the ability to troubleshoot network problems.
* Ability to write technical documents.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education/Certification Requirements:
* Current Security+ Certification
* Current Network+ Certification.
* Associate degree in a related discipline plus seven (7) years of relevant experience. Eleven (11) or more years of relevant experience will be considered without a degree.
