Job Summary
Join us as the Vice President of Operations overseeing premier corporate dining accounts in the New York area!
The VP of Operations plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner. They collaborate on high level planning, program development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role encompasses overseeing all operational aspects and critical support functions while also focusing on team development.
The core focus of this role is developing and aligning objectives among Restaurant Associates and the client portfolio. It involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise.

Revenue and Profitability Leadership

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of senior management experience.
• Multi-unit foodservice management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Proven financial responsibility.
• Proven coaching and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in budget management.
• Familiarity with business scaling and change management.
