Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Lending Operations Administrative department has an immediate opening for a VP Director, Lending Administration. As a VP Director, Lending Administration, you will be responsible for the following:

• Championing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the credit union’s core lending support divisions that safeguard portfolio quality, compliance, technology, and member satisfaction.
• Directing Records Management and Support (RMS), Quality Assurance (QA), and Collections, driving operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and risk management while fostering innovation, optimizing workflows, and enhancing portfolio performance to support the credit union’s mission and long-term success.
• Developing and implementing policies, systems, and performance standards that enhance loan servicing, documentation integrity, data governance, and account recovery effectiveness.
• Collaborating with leaders across Lending Operations, Risk Management, Finance, Branch Operations, and Member Experience to ensure a unified, enterprise-wide approach to credit administration.

Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The starting salary is $191,575.36119, however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.


Education/Experience:
A bachelor's degree in a field relatable to the position and nine years of progressively responsible related experience, three of which must be at the supervisory or management level, are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. A master’s degree and financial institution experience are preferred.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
2. Approved lending authority by TFCU’s Board of Directors.

Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a VP Director, Lending Administration, you must possess these qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of credit union policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them to guide lending administration, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Advanced analytical, technical, and management skills that support the evaluation of operational data, identification of trends, and development of solutions to improve lending support functions.
• Advanced leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support, guide, and collaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams, encouraging a culture of responsibility, operational quality, and ongoing improvement.
• Deep lending administration and operational acumen, including expertise in collections, quality assurance, records management, and post-origination workflows, ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of all lending operations.
• Proficiency in organizational management, strategic planning, and decision-making to effectively oversee departments, prioritize initiatives, and align operations with corporate objectives.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present executive-level reports, recommendations, and policy guidance to senior leadership, Board committees, and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and organizational alignment.
