Visual Production Assistant

POSITION TITLE: Visual Production Assistant

LOCATION: New York, NY

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, On-site

POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist the visual production team with all events, shoots, and window displays. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understaning of how to use basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, etc.
• Organizing budgets and tracking packages for all projects
• Helping source items for windows, photoshoots, and events
• Assist with logistics and vendors for all projects
• Create large scale graphics, Knowledge of Illustrator and photoshop required
• Create promotional vinyls for all store doors
• Installing window displays in NYC area, including large scale groahics
• Assist with visuals on set for photo shoots
• Maintaining office appearance, orgainizing visual closet 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable on ladder
• Prop styling and window dressing
• Vinyl installation, painting decopauging for windows shoots and events
• Sketchup, photoshop, illustrator, excel
• College degree in similar field
• Must be in office 5 days a week 

BENEFITS:

• $50,000- $55,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY-based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other A+O employees.)
