Job Description

As part of the Global Visa Business Solutions Marketing Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of thought leadership to help drive Visa Business Solutions visibility in the industry. Key responsibilities include management of Visa Business Solutions social handle, management of the thought leadership calendar (including social calendar).

You will collaborate across our global and regional marketing, business stakeholders and communications teams to develop and deliver Visa Business Solutions thought leadership via campaigns, organic and paid social, etc. Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, and you will be the biggest advocate for the Visa brand – in everything you work on. You are performance driven and focus on measurement of content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Visa Business Solutions in the execution of thought leadership and content production on behalf of Visa Business Solutions
  • Assist in developing and coordinating the thought leadership calendar for Visa Business Solutions
  • Owns Visa Business Solutions newly launched LinkedIn channel in terms of publishing content as per content calendar
  • Collaborates with global and regional marketing, business colleagues and communications
  • Assist in deploying key thought leadership campaigns with key media channels and use rich data to optimize campaigning tactics for best possible outcome
  • Assist in writing, editing and designing content that aligns with our voice, create standards and processes to ensure consistently high quality of content to support business objectives
  • Leverage product marketing expertise and copywriting ability to educate, promote and deliver best practice content marketing approach, end-to-end
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with global product, sales, marketing, communications, and other colleagues across multiple time zones
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies, ensuring alignment with agreed key messages and topics
  • Be a Visa brand advocate, working across functional teams to develop and integrate prominent Visa voice in all content and thought leadership

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience
• 1-4 years business experience, in marketing, communications or public relationships
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with many stakeholders
• Passion for writing and creating compelling content
• Curiosity to learn and stay updated on industry trends and dynamics of social media
• Global sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple discipline
