Description
Join Kellogg Community Credit Union as a Full-time Virtual Solutions Representative at our Drake Road branch location.
Our Virtual Solutions Representatives are responsible for handling member phone calls while providing world class member service from our Drake Road branch location. Additionally, in this role you are expected to cross sell products and services based on the member's needs. Must be comfortable with outbound calling. This position does involve non-traditional hours such as evenings and/or Saturdays.

• Strong desire & proven track record to meet or exceed established sales goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunication
• Strong PC skills
• Ability and desire to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude
Qualifications:
• High School diploma required
• At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
Candidates must have strong availability Monday-Friday until 6pm and 2pm Saturdays. Opening is in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
