Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Installation Completion Specialist to join our Central North Carolina team! The position is based in our Greensboro office. It has a hybrid work schedule of 11am-8pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required. 

We are looking for candidates with construction or carpentry experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides clear and timely direction to the Lead Installer and Service Technicians to address and resolve onsite issues.
• Initiates service requests when necessary, including capturing detailed photographs of the job site, composing a concise and accurate description of the issue, and documenting relevant serial numbers and equipment details.
• Maintains up-to-date and thorough documentation in the CRM system based on inspection findings.
• Initiates collection efforts for final payment when the project is deemed substantially complete.
• Engages with customers to confirm satisfaction and addresses any concerns.
• Collaborates closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience and upholds service excellence standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
