PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Vice President - Project Management – Power is responsible for the overall direction, management, and execution of large and mega-scale power projects. This role ensures that projects are completed in alignment with contractual obligations, customer expectations, and Worley’s strategic objectives. The Vice President defines project goals, develops strategies to achieve them, and oversees project personnel, fostering a high-performing team culture. With a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and sustainability, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering complex energy solutions that align with Worley’s ambition of being a leader in sustainability solutions.
