Overview:
The Mastercard Security Solutions product organization (SSO) is committed to enhancing the digital transaction journey, ensuring the safety and convenience of our customers. Our focus is on developing innovative solutions that build trust across four critical domains: Cyber Security, Identity, Fraud and Decisioning, and Customer Experience & Dispute. These efforts aim to bolster security and foster trust within a diverse ecosystem. Our product teams utilize cutting-edge AI technology and data-driven security capabilities to create a competitive advantage for a varied clientele, including issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, governments, and consumers.

The Vice President, Product Development will work as part of the Business Integration and Excellence team, one of the central governance groups within the SSO organization. This team is tasked with driving the alignment of business and technology strategic directions, enabling real-time decision-making and advancement of our connected intelligence strategy. This role will specifically support the Customer Experience and Dispute business unit.

Responsibilities:
• Business Integration and Excellence lead for the Customer Experience and Dispute business unit. Work in close partnership with product and engineering cofounders leading a team to define and deliver on a highly complex consolidated set of business and technology roadmaps and solutions.
• Build and cultivate strong internal customer relationships to establish engagement models for the team to ensure delivery in alignment with expectations
• Provide strategic oversight of product development activities to ensure ongoing alignment with product strategy and process effectiveness.
• Drive coordination of requirements between product and engineering to ensure agreed upon value delivery of product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
• Development and communication of metrics necessary to proactively track and communicate risks and escalations in a timely fashion.
• Manage a geographically diverse team of PMTs and analysts collocated with product and engineering team members. Provide business, technical and financial management support to facilitate and ensure appropriate requirements, prioritization, analysis and delivery of service roadmaps in support of program revenue and operational objectives.
• Active participation in leadership activities including business case creation and estimation, cross functional SSO services efforts, resource capacity financial tracking, and prioritization efforts.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team with responsibilities for ensuring proper connections with other business unit domains to support strategic deliverables.
• Lead SSO product council ideation, assessment and prep work representing the Customer Experience and Dispute business unit. Focus on assessing cross business unit opportunities, identification of synergies and conflicts, initiative prioritization and readiness of projects to move forward for optimal organizational impact.
