Key Responsibilities

• AI Bootcamp ownership: Plan and deliver multi-day Bootcamps end-to-end (agenda, speaker lineup, mentor staffing, locations/virtual setup, run-of-show, recordings). Define capacity targets, throughput, and success measures per cohort.

• Events portfolio: Produce and support AI webinars, hackathons, roadshows, and local/virtual enablement sessions; create facilitator kits, producer checklists, and day-of roles.

• Speakers & mentors: Align topics and speakers; confirm AI Hub mentor availability and ratios; brief presenters with goals, timeboxes, and demo scripts; run technical checks.

• Participant operations: Drive transparent communications to nominees, participants, and managers (invites, prep packets, prerequisites, expectations, logistics); manage waitlists and substitutions.

• Cohort formation: Coordinate timely nomination intake with AI champions/coordinators; gather project ideas and team lists; validate prerequisites and diversity of roles/locations.

• On-the-day excellence: Host, time-keep, and quality-assure sessions; triage blockers; capture Q&A, FAQs, and artifacts for reuse.

• Success tracking: Ensure accurate attendance, completion, capstone outcomes, and certification pass/fail tracking; publish cohort recaps and insights.

• Catalog hygiene: Ensure recordings, slides, and artifacts are tagged and published to the right repositories (e.g., LXP/LMS, SharePoint), following brand, accessibility, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Production & facilitation: End-to-end live event production (virtual and in-person); run-of-show creation; presenter/mentor enablement; troubleshooting A/V & platforms.

• Program operations: Cohort building, nomination intake, communications plans, logistics (rooms/catering/virtual), risk and contingency planning.

• Curriculum & assessment: Designing hands-on tasks, labs, rubrics, and capstones; partnering with instructional design teams to ensure outcomes alignment.

• Platforms & data: Expertise with Teams/Stream, SharePoint, Forms, Saba/Oracle, Degreed, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for attendance, completion, NPS, and proficiency signals.
