Position Details

• Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Part-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm; no nights, weekends, or major holidays

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate records
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
• Communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information clearly
• Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate appointments and help optimize clinic flow
• Assist the team with daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows preferred
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred
