At Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital, we’re looking for a full-time Client Care Supervisor who is passionate about creating outstanding client experiences and leading a team to success. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility while fostering a culture of teamwork, compassion, and excellence.

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour shifts
• Days/nights, with a regular weekend shift and some holidays
• Flexibility is essential

• $26+, will commensurate with knowledge and experience

• Lead and inspire the Client Care team to deliver exceptional customer service every time
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient staffing
• Foster strong communication between client services, doctors, and technical staff
• Support staff growth through training, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Monitor client feedback to celebrate successes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Address challenges with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in supervisory and customer service roles preferred
• Skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and delegating in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to defuse challenging situations with respect and professionalism
• Veterinary industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
