In this role, you'll own all vendor engagements end-to-end for an assigned group of suppliers, including sourcing, contracting, performance management, and stakeholder alignment; serving as the trusted bridge between our operations teams and the vendors that support them. Vendor group assignments are based on business needs and may evolve as the team grows. Up to 25% travel may be required.</p> <p><strong>This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Tempe, Arizona.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owning the vendor lifecycle for your assigned supplier group end-to-end — from onboarding through contract compliance, performance reviews, and renewals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Designing and conducting sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), leading both new contract and renewal negotiations on pricing, terms, and service levels and executing upon the contract lifecycle (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs) in partnership with Legal.</li> <li>Running a vendor performance management program that uses scorecards, business reviews, and SLA tracking to hold all parties accountable to their commitments; driving ch
