Key responsibilities:
- Manage assigned test vehicles, their configuration, service, and history.
- Support hardware and software updates, including flashing and diagnosis.
- Prepare vehicles for testing (HW/SW updates, instrumentation setup).
- Assist with planning logistics, facilities, and resources for testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet test requirements.
- Execute test plans in diverse settings (lab, proving grounds, public roads).
- Collect and analyze vehicle data, reporting findings and troubleshooting issues.
- Document test results and identify/document issues with supporting details.
- Travel domestically and internationally for testing and fleet drives.
- Recommend improvements to processes based on your insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive, EV, or related industry: We want someone who has a solid foundation in a relevant field, but also isn't afraid to explore new areas.
- Master problem-solver with a hands-on approach: You thrive on tackling challenges and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty finding solutions.
