Vault Team Captain

Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for:

• Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.

§  Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.

• As a member of our leadership team, effectively leading the work product of team members, helping to create consistency, teamwork and a motivating work environment;
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
• Must be able to separate, dump, and reprocess items before putting them on the line to be palletized,
• Responsible for staging product for shipping, loading pallets into trucks, and unloading trailers
• Maintains professional and appropriate dress, hygiene and personal appearance. 
• Other duties as assigned 
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
