UX Software Engineer

We are looking for a UX Focused Software Engineer to join a growing team and help develop innovative features on a future iteration of the WWE 2K Series. This role reports in to the Principal Engineer and is fully remote.

 

What You Will Do:

• Develop, implement, and debug code for UI/UX
• Collaborate with UI/UX artists and pod engineers on technical issues
• Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, and scalability

 

Who Will Be a Great Fit:

• Familiarity with C/C++
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Someone who is comfortable navigating a very large codebase
• Someone is self-driven and able to find work without guidance
• Love for video games (not just ours!)

 

Might Be Nice:

• 2+ years UX implementation experience
• Shipped game titles, preferably on console, previous experience in UI heavy games such as sports sim is a plus
• Not intimidated by learning new technologies.
• JIRA Experience
• Perforce Experience
