Your team

You will be working within the Experience Design & Analytics team supporting the Wealth Management Americas organization. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, researchers, experience designers and analytics specialists

Your expertise

• Ideally 3+ years of user research and digital strategy experience.
• Experience in wealth management and wealth management platforms, including client portals, advisor tools, planning tools, robo-advisors, etc a plus.
• Experience with user research and testing tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting/UserZoom, Maze).
• Experience using visual design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience utilizing tools to manage work and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Miro, FigJam).
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a graduate degree will be considered an asset.

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
