  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of UX research to ensure studies are delivered efficiently and at scale.

Generative & Evaluative Research

  • Conduct rapid qualitative, quantitative, and mixed‑methods research to inform product direction and improve existing experiences.
  • Apply UX benchmarking methodologies and competitive research approaches in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Partner with external research vendors to support participant screening, recruitment, and study execution.

Data Analysis & Insight Synthesis

  • Analyze and synthesize insights from diverse qualitative and quantitative data sources.
  • Balance statistical rigor with qualitative interpretation to produce meaningful, decision‑ready findings.
  • Prioritize insights and translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and research operations to align research objectives and timelines.
  • Communicate findings clearly through well‑designed presentations, reports, videos, and other deliverables.
  • Influence product and design decisions through strong storytelling and data‑driven recommendations.

Rapid Output Generation

  • Deliver insights quickly to maximize product impact.
  • Create high‑quality artifacts (presentations, videos, documents) that clearly communicate research outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a research‑centric field such as Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a full‑time UX Researcher deliver
