User Generated Content Growth Manager (North America)

Your territory

As part of our US Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Innovate and scale North American UGC strategies to source, manage, and elevate high-performing content across channels
• Optimize workflows by managing submission pipelines, refining briefs, and enhancing overall content quality
• Ensure excellence by reviewing creator submissions and providing actionable, constructive feedback
• Act as the in-house expert on UGC best practices in a fast-paced D2C environment, staying ahead of trends and platform shifts
• Partner closely with Paid Social and cross-functional marketing teams to seamlessly integrate UGC into broader growth and marketing strategies
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• A track record of driving impactful UGC strategies in a D2C environment — you’ve delivered measurable results and aren’t afraid to champion new, creative approaches
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in content curation, moderation, and optimizing workflows for scale and quality
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
• A sharp analytical mindset — making data-driven decisions comes naturally to you
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
