Job Description

U.S. Bancorp Asset Management’s Marketing Group is seeking a full-time Regional Marketing Generalist to support our business. This role sits within Marketing’s Strategy and Planning team and partners closely with other regional marketers, the broader Marketing organization, and regional leaders and business development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Annually support the development and execution of regional marketing plans across brands, including various local government investments pools (LGIPs), in partnership with relationship managers

  • Implement region-specific conference marketing strategy and execution, including planning, speaking topic development, and budget tracking in coordination with marketing leadership 

  • Create and support email marketing campaigns, manage regional communications calendar, and coordination distribution of email marketing

  • Partner with branding team to develop and align advertising, collateral, and related materials 

  • Parter with the education specialist to support client education programs and CPE-eligible offerings, including in-person and virtual events

  • Support analytics and reporting for regional marketing activities to inform planning and audience targeting 

  • Support additional marketing initiatives or ad-hoc requests as needed

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of experience in marketing or related field

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

  • Two to four or more years of experience in a marketing, project‑based, or related role preferred

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail; experience with tools such as Microsoft Planner preferred

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams

  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms preferred

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while taking direction as needed

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

  • Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities based on business needs

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
