(USA) Manager, Global Payroll - Wage Attachment Team

In this role, you will have responsibility for the Wage attachment team (~10 associates) within Payroll Services, supporting all activities associated with court-ordered withholdings and maintaining our 3rd party vendor relationship. In addition, you will facilitate payrolls for the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada along with supporting system enhancements, building stakeholder relationships and ensuring quality service to our customers/associates. This includes taking part in our payroll system modernization project.

What you'll do:

• Manage the vendor relationship by establishing expectations, monitoring performance, and resolving issues timely.
• Facilitate weekly ; biweekly payroll activities including issue resolution.
• Participate in the testing of system enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Assist in identifying and solutioning operational needs or areas of improvement.
• Promote/ensure compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you'll bring:

• Payroll operational experience (preferably large employer with a multi-state presence)
• Strong knowledge of wage attachments and corresponding regulations
• SAP Payroll knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to create and lead a high performing team
• Organizational and communication skills(both verbal and written)
