Dedrone by Axon is seeking a Sales/Ops Support Manager to join our US team. This role is critical in driving the operational efficiency of our sales team, ensuring flawless execution of strategic initiatives, and fostering effective collaboration across our global sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and possess the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll Do:
- Own Dedrone’s CRM – permissioning, enhancements, data quality, processes.
- Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the US Commercial and US Federal sales teams, as well as liaise with Sales Operations for EMEA/APAC sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
- Manage product book and SKU creation (Excel and pushed into Excel
- Stakeholder management: Orchestrate collaboration across Sales teams, Operations, Production, Finance and other teams. Leading and executing cross-functional projects and communicating results to management.
- Prepare and manage agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for CRO/CEO and other sales strategy sessions
- Closed Deals (by team, region, product)
- Current pipeline, probability adjusted pipeline
- Forecast of products/solutions
- Liaise with Axon – Work with key stakeholders to optimize Dedrone CRM and prepare for system migration
- Commissions Tracking and Reporting
- Own the monthly commission process, monthly commission calculation and review with sales leaders
- Manage commission system (Captivate IQ)
- Manage one-off requests/questions about commissions
- Provide quarterly commission reporting to management
- Work with CRO to build annual commission plans
What You Bring:
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales or operations environment.
- Demonstrates ownership mentality, willingness and desire to fully own sales operations for US operations.
- Strong project / program management skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
- Exceptional organizational multitasking skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to execute [concise, clear, direct] communication to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- US Federal experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong proficiency in using business software and tools (MS Suite and Salesforce)
- Technical Salesforce expertise required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Captivate IQ preferred
- Interface with Finance and troubleshooting /Operational Excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in lieu of education

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 121,250 in the lowest geographic market and USD 162,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many
