Paystand Summer Internship Program 2025

Location: On-site (Santa Cruz HQ or designated office)
Schedule: Part-time | 25–30 hours per week
Duration: Minimum 12 weeks total 

• Must be available to work between May 28 – August 22, 2025 (at minimum)

 Compensation:

• Paid Track: $18.00 – $22.50 per hour (based on experience & department)
  
  
• Unpaid Track (For-Credit): Available for students participating in a structured, school-sponsored academic internship program
  
  

Eligibility: Graduating Juniors, Seniors, and Recent Graduates (within 24 months of graduation)

What You’ll Do

As a Summer Intern at Paystand, you’ll join one of our key departments — such as Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, or People — and contribute to real initiatives that align with our bold vision. You’ll be matched with a department leader and work closely with your manager to identify a strategic project that will serve as the centerpiece of your internship experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and strategic initiatives within your assigned department.
  
  
• Complete and present a capstone project to leadership and peers, demonstrating real impact.
  
  
• Participate in company-wide events, team-building sessions, and department immersions.
  
  
• Attend the Intern Kickoff Day on Wednesday, May 28, and the Final Presentation Day on Thursday, August 21.
  
  
• Collaborate across teams with openness and ownership, staying curious and focused on impact.
