Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Setting up and operating urethane molding machinery, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
Monitoring machine parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure) to ensure proper operation.
Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and making necessary repairs or adjustments.
Quality Control:
Inspecting finished parts for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Monitoring and recording production data to track performance and identify potential issues.
Assuring the highest quality of produced products.
Safety and Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
Material Handling:
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods.
Ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
Other Duties:
Assisting with other tasks as needed.
Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Following work instructions and procedures.
Using hand and power tools.
Safely operating a forklift and other shop equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with urethane molding processes and equipment is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
