Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:

  • Setting up and operating urethane molding machinery, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance. 

  • Monitoring machine parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure) to ensure proper operation. 

  • Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and making necessary repairs or adjustments. 

• Quality Control:

  • Inspecting finished parts for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards. 

  • Monitoring and recording production data to track performance and identify potential issues. 

  • Assuring the highest quality of produced products. 

• Safety and Maintenance:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area. 

  • Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. 

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment. 

• Material Handling:

  • Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods. 

  • Ensuring proper storage and handling of materials. 

• Other Duties:

  • Assisting with other tasks as needed. 

  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members. 

  • Following work instructions and procedures. 

  • Using hand and power tools. 

  • Safely operating a forklift and other shop equipment. 

  • Run the Trico Poly Systems: Polyurethane Processing Equipment. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with urethane molding processes and equipment is an asset. 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. 

  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
